• Manage all R&D incentives and government support processes end-to-end in full compliance with applicable legislation.
• Lead the application and follow-up processes for TÜBİTAK, Technopark (Law No. 4691), R&D Law No. 5746, and other relevant government incentive programs.
• Manage application, documentation, reporting, and follow-up processes within the scope of the e-Turquality incentive program.
• Prepare, maintain, and update R&D and incentive-related project files, technical reports, and budget justifications.
• Work closely with R&D, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and HR teams throughout incentive processes.
• Manage and monitor audits, inspections, and official correspondence related to incentive programs.
• Track eligible costs and incentive calendars to ensure timely and accurate submission of applications.
• Support Technopark project writing and revision processes for ongoing projects.
• Ensure consistency between technical, financial, and legal documentation while managing incentive reporting.
• Monitor changes in incentive legislation and assess their impact on existing and potential projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact with public authorities, auditors, and external consultants within the scope of incentive processes.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on incentive eligibility, processes, and best practices.
• Maintain all incentive-related documentation in a structured, traceable, and audit-ready manner.

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant undergraduate department
• Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D incentives, government supports, or similar public funding processes.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with incentive implementations under TÜBİTAK, Technopark, R&D Law No. 5746, and Law No. 4691.
• Experience in e‑Turquality incentive  knowledge of the R&D project lifecycle, incentive legislation, and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working collaboratively and coordinating with Finance, Accounting, and R&D teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public authorities and external stakeholders.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and strong in planning and timeline management.
