We're looking for a senior product designer who works with AI as a design partner. You should be able to transform complex user requirements and challenging business objectives into smart, testable experiences that launch quickly and deliver results. Your portfolio should demonstrate design systems, interactive prototypes, and measurable outcomes connected to key performance indicators.

This role encompasses complete experience architecture, research synthesis, system design, and ongoing experimentation. You'll build adaptive user flows and interactive prototypes, develop and deploy AI models for behavioral prediction, and validate concepts with data before development begins. You'll conduct rigorous experiments—including A/B tests, multivariate studies, and AI-generated variants—and analyze results through both analytics and qualitative insights to drive improvements in conversion, retention, and user satisfaction.

You'll advance a unified cross-platform UI system with consistent logic, integrated accessibility, developer‑ready documentation, and governance frameworks that maintain coherence as we grow.

You will operate at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, accountable for outcomes. Your work will include converting strategy into working prototypes, distilling research into testable hypotheses, maintaining system standards, coaching designers in AI‑enhanced workflows, and collaborating with PMs and analysts to connect decisions to business results. • Lead the complete process of translating user needs and product objectives into intelligent, scalable design systems and working prototypes
• Direct mixed‑method research efforts to discover and validate user requirements, integrating traditional UX approaches with AI‑powered clustering and behavioral forecasting
• Create, refine, and manage cross‑platform UI systems that deliver unified product experiences
• Execute and analyze comprehensive experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing, AI‑predicted variants) to enhance user satisfaction, conversion rates, and retention metrics

• Guarantee that every Ignite Tech product and user touchpoint is thoughtfully designed, rigorously tested, and systematically optimized at scale
• Drive improvements in conversion, usability, and brand experience throughout the company's digital ecosystem via AI‑powered, data‑informed design leadership

• At least 3 years of experience designing end‑to‑end digital experiences across multiple products or platforms
• Experience using AI‑powered design tools (Galileo, Uizard, Figma AI, etc.)
• Experience conducting UX research and analytics to drive design decisions
• Experience leading other UI/UX designers and standardizing the work
