  You won't just be keeping the lights on. You'll be developing the data platform strategy from the ground up and taking ownership of critical infrastructure that serves thousands of practices.
• The Tech :
  They're leveraging the latest tech, including AI and LLMs , to solve real‑world problems and change the face of an entire industry.

• Manage and mentor approximately 10 engineers across two key teams
• Take ownership of the platform engineering roadmap, with a sharp focus on infrastructure management, cost optimisation, and reliability .
• Partner closely with the Head of Data to define and build the long‑term data platform strategy .
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, expertly juggling a high volume of parallel requests and initiatives to keep pace with business ambition.

• A proven Engineering Manager experience in a growth‑stage or mature SaaS company.
• A solid background in Dev Ops, SRE, or Platform Engineering is ideal. A Product Engineering Manager with a strong infrastructure affinity will also be considered.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms ( AWS is a plus ).
• A leader who has thrived in a transition‑phase company —you know how to build and scale systems and teams, not just maintain them.
