We are looking to recruit a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant for a leading Microsoft Gold Partner.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take the lead on exciting cloud‑based projects, work with the latest Microsoft technologies, and continue developing their consulting career in a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.

You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end Business Central solutions for a range of clients, helping them modernise their core business processes and adopt the latest capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem. The role suits someone who enjoys owning smaller projects independently, while also contributing to larger programmes as part of a collaborative team.

• Lead or support full lifecycle Business Central implementations, from requirements gathering through to go‑live and post‑deployment support.
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions across finance, supply chain, operations, and related ERP functions.
• Guide clients through best practices and ensure smooth adoption of SaaS‑based ERP systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders at all levels - from operational teams to senior leadership.
• Contribute to wider digital transformation initiatives, with opportunities to work across Power Platform, Azure, and emerging Microsoft AI tools.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and its surrounding modules.
• Solid understanding of finance processes and key business operations.
• Broader knowledge of the Microsoft stack – Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure – with an interest in adopting newer technologies such as Copilot and AI‑driven tools.
• Experience working within structured delivery frameworks (e.g., Prince2, Microsoft Sure Step) is beneficial.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
• Proven problem‑solver with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• Microsoft certifications in Business Central are a bonus.
