Project Manager (Mid-Level) – Fintech Industry

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering high-quality IT projects that are integral to the development and enhancement of our payment systems and digital wallet offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.

You will be responsible for the budget of the project and the quality of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
  Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects related to payment systems and digital wallets.

• Implementing Project Management Practices:
  Doing benchmarks for the latest project management tools and implementing these practices to our way of working.

• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Stakeholder Management:
  Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues or roadblocks.

• Risk Management:
  
  Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and work with the team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

• Performance Tracking:
  Utilize project management tools, including Jira, to track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Advocate for process improvements and help evolve project management practices to enhance efficiency and productivity across teams.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing IT projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles, particularly in software development or fintech projects.

• Agile Expertise:
  Solid experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus.

• Jira Proficiency:
  Expert-level proficiency with Jira for project tracking, issue management, and sprint planning.

• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills to interact with international teams and clients.

• Payment Product Knowledge:
  Familiarity with payment products, digital wallets, or financial technology is a plus.

• Hybrid Work Model:
  Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with 1 day of remote work allowed per week.

Educational

Qualifications:
