Solution Architect with French - REMOTE

This role is integral in supporting large and complex service opportunities with a global scope, involving collaboration across various markets. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for assembling resources, interfacing with different teams, and ensuring compliance during critical bid phases.

Accountabilities

Create awareness of Managed Print/Device Services offerings.
Assess customer’s business and technical needs related to their printing environment.
Develop Services & Solutions scope and design using relevant portfolio components.
Architect end-to-end solutions to meet customer requirements while being price competitive.
Document deal assumptions, costing, and contractual documents.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of Solutions initiatives.
Maintain excellent communication with customer’s executive management.

Requirements

Bachelor/Master degree.
Typically 5+ years of experience in technical selling or consultative selling.
Experience in industry desired.
Experience working in a virtual team environment.
Fluent in English and French.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead large complex projects.
