NOTE:
This role supports up to 100% remote working for SPR, and so requires candidates that can demonstrate historical capability of being able to work in such roles, and that have the necessary equipment to fulfill the role. The UI/UX Designer plays a critical role in shaping Clubtech’s product experience across hospitality and enterprise platforms, including some of the world's biggest beach clubs and nightclubs.
This role is responsible for owning complex design problems end-to-end, translating business objectives and operational constraints into intuitive, scalable, and effective user experiences. Your work directly influences how guests, operators, and enterprise partners interact with our technology at scale.
As a UI/UX Designer, you are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgement, contributing not only strong execution but also proactive problem identification, design rationale, and measurable outcomes. You serve as a key connector between user needs, product strategy, and delivery teams.
This role operates within a shared service design model, ensuring design consistency, efficiency, and cohesion across Clubtech’s product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities User Experience & Interface DesignOwn the end-to-end UX process for assigned product areas, from discovery and research through to validated, implementation-ready designs.
Design clear, intuitive, and accessible interfaces for complex web and mobile applications, balancing usability with brand and operational requirements.
Create high-quality wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate intent to engineering and stakeholders.
Ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.
Plan and conduct user research activities including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and workflow validation.
Identify and clearly articulate key user pain points and opportunities within assigned product areas.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and validate outcomes.
Document design rationale and correlate decisions with measurable product or business impact.
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Clubtech's design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.
Apply design standards and patterns consistently, while identifying gaps or improvements in existing systems.
Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure smooth design-to-build handover.
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers throughout the product lifecycle.
Present design concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining user-centred integrity.
Translate complex requirements and constraints into actionable design solutions.
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to UI/UX Designers, helping to raise overall design quality.
Participate actively in design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Contribute to a culture of constructive feedback, continuous improvement, and shared ownership.
Advanced UX Design:
Strong command of the end-to-end UX process, including research, personas, journey mapping, information architecture, and usability testing for complex systems.Exceptional UI Design:
Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling, intuitive, and accessible interfaces, with strong fundamentals in layout, typography, colour theory, and interaction design.Prototyping & Wire framing:
Expert ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and detailed wireframes to test, validate, and communicate design solutions.Design Systems:
Experience contributing to or maintaining a scalable design system across multiple products.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business and user challenges into clear, effective design solutions.
