The Superpowers You'll Be Bringing to the Team

Technical excellence : 5+ years' experience in data analytics or data science, with strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or R, and deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.

Problem solver : Your ability to make the complex simple means you can identify patterns across domains and frame business challenges into analytical solutions that actually get used.

Translation skills :
Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Commercial acumen : Understanding of business needs with the ability to assess commercial impacts of different analytical approaches, balancing what works versus what sounds good.

Academic foundation : Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
