As a Senior Azure Consultant, you’ll play a lead role within their Azure Practice; shaping, delivering, and optimising large-scale cloud transformation programmes across multiple industries.

You’ll operate at the cutting edge of Microsoft Cloud, designing secure, scalable Azure environments using modern engineering practices, automation, and Infrastructure as Code while mentoring others and elevating delivery standards across the team.

• Lead delivery of enterprise-scale Azure solutions — migrations, modernisation, and new deployments.
• Own technical work streams from discovery to implementation, working closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and customer stakeholders.
• Design and implement Azure IaaS solutions including compute, networking, storage, identity, and hybrid connectivity.
• Build and automate deployments using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates, promoting repeatability and strong engineering practices.
• Deploy and manage Azure VMware Solution (AVS) environments for hybrid workloads and cloud migrations.
• Design and deliver Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments to support secure remote working at scale.
• Implement Azure PaaS services including App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Logic Apps, and API Management.
• Provide guidance on governance, security, and cost optimisation, aligning with CAF and the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Produce high-quality documentation and ensure clean, repeatable project handovers.
• Mentor and support engineers / consultants, contributing to continuous improvement, standards, and internal capability.

• Strong hands-on experience delivering enterprise Azure projects , ideally in a consulting or MSP environment.
• Deep technical knowledge across Azure IaaS, networking, security, and hybrid integration.
• Practical Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Experience deploying and supporting AVS and AVD in production environments.
• Solid working knowledge of Azure PaaS services — App Services, SQL, Web Apps, Functions, Logic Apps, etc.
• Good grasp of Azure governance, cost management, and security controls.
• Confident communication skills — able to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders.
• A consultative, outcome-led approach — trusted to lead conversations, not just delivery.
