Join Voice Works (Actionstep) as a Pre‑Sales Customer Solutions Engineer and help law firms unlock the power of innovative legal tech. The role is remote but requires occasional travel and is supported by our UK presence.

About the Role

The Pre‑Sales Customer Solutions Engineer is a technical powerhouse within our Sales Team. You’ll dive deep into customer challenges, translate complex ideas into clear, compelling solutions, and shape how every firm you engage with succeeds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales to craft and deliver unforgettable demos.
  • Translate customer challenges into tailored solutions using Actionstep’s platform.
  • Build confidence and drive meaningful adoption through live presentations.
  • Provide accurate technical expertise during pre‑sales stages.
About You – Key Strengths
  • Excellent communicator with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong relationship builder—personable, empathetic, customer‑focused.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and stays current with technology trends.
  • Proactive problem‑solver and quick to learn new technologies.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales engineering or technical pre‑sales in tech.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts to all audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for on‑site customer work.
  • Comfortable using Office 365.
