DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a “Dev Ops Engineer” who has a passion for designing, improving, and managing more than a thousand financial projects in the latest and emerging cloud-native environments. This position also requires providing support to the hundreds of smart developers in order to improve their knowledge and CI/CD process. This is a remote position. • 4+ years of experience in System Administration or Dev Ops role.
• 2+ years of experience managing Kubernetes infrastructure and applications on different distributions (Vanilla Kubernetes, Openshift or AKS/EKS/GKE)
• 2+ years of experience in Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and popular services (Compute, Kubernetes, Serverless, Blob, etc.) is plus
• Candidates must possess strong knowledge of networking, Linux administration, shell commands and services.
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies, best practices and popular tools (Jenkins, Azure Devops, Gitlab, ArgoCD)
• Experience with Git, including the implementation of branching and merging strategies, policy enforcement, and security configuration
• Experience in Docker/Podman and containerization tools (Helm)
• Experience with artifact repositories (Nexus, JFrog, Harbor)
• Experience with logging & monitoring solutions for Kubernetes (ELK/ECK, Grafana/Prometheus)
• Experience with code quality and test tools (jUnit, Sonarqube)
• Experience in build tools (maven, gradle) and ability to triage the build issues
• Experience in one or more of the following languages:
  Bash, Python, Groovy
• Being an agile and automation minded team player, having perfect communication skills
• Eagerness on self-improvement, open-minded, future-oriented
• Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Technical English proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related fields is a plus (We are aware that your experience has come through a job, your education, or some strong projects)
• Having professional certifications on required skills is a huge plus (RHCSA/RHCE, CKA, CKAD, CKS etc.)
• Experience in Agile Development methodologies is a plus (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience in financial services is a plus
