Your mission is to turn this ecosystem into beautifully orchestrated learning arcs that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human.

We are looking for a LXD to make Paradox a category-defining global brand loved for its learning experiences.

This is a full-time position from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon or remotely anywhere in the world.

As our Learning Experience Designer, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say: “This didn’t just teach me, it changed me.”

Each cycle you lead will integrate:

• Protocols:
  Guided frameworks that rewire perception, emotion, and action.
• Loops:
  Adaptive, AI-powered coaching cycles that evolve with each user.
• Personalization:
  Experiences that feel uniquely theirs, every time.
• AI agents:
  Specialized agents that enhance the student journey with the right actionable insights.

• Learning Experience Architecture – Owns the full learning system, from architecture to execution.
• Design the journey, not just the content and lesson.
