The OpportunityYou’ll join a global eDiscovery team that plays a key role in supporting lawyers and practice groups across multiple jurisdictions. The team is responsible for ensuring efficient, defensible, and innovative delivery of technology-enabled discovery and review services.
This role offers the chance to work in a high-performing, collaborative environment , contributing to strategic projects and global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end eDiscovery project delivery , ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency across all phases.
- Provide strategic and technical expertise on eDiscovery workflows and Relativity platform implementation.
- Manage team resources, client communications , and project timelines from initiation to completion.
- Act as a point of escalation for technical and service issues, resolving concerns in collaboration with management.
- Ensure adherence to data security , time recording, and billing processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members; support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to global knowledge-sharing, and promote operational excellence.
- Support global colleagues as needed during busy periods or cross-border matters.
- Relativity Master certification (or equivalent advanced qualification) is essential.
- Proven experience managing and administering Relativity within a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
- Significant hands‑on experience in eDiscovery workflows , including TAR, GenAI, and Early Case Assessment tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage complex, high-volume projects.
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Comfortable working flexibly across time zones when needed.
