Documentation Specialist

We’re looking for a Documentation Specialist for a Microsoft software house. Working in a small team, you will act as the in‑house specialist, working independently and with autonomy.
Qualifications- Prior experience as a Documentation Specialist, Technical Author, or Document Controller
- Proficiency with Share Point
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into clear, easy‑to‑understand terms
- Knowledge of SQL, C#, and other Microsoft development tools/languages is highly beneficial
- Prepare, review, and manage documentation in various formats
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide documentation and information
- Provide expertise internally and externally on SharePoint documentation
- Ensure conformance to ISO standards
Salary up to £40K, plus bonus (standard over 30%), annual pay review, and annual cost‑of‑living increase. Medical & pension. Work from home two days a week with a full home office kit provided.
