Job Title: Project Manager – Online Travel Platform
Location: West Jakarta / On-Site

We are developing an Online Travel Agent (OTA) platform that includes a web application, mobile app, and backend services. Our system integrates with third-party travel providers such as flight booking APIs and hotel wholesalers to support search and booking features.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can coordinate our technical teams and help ensure that projects are delivered clearly and consistently.

• Plan, manage, and track development activities for the OTA platform (web & mobile).
• Coordinate backend, frontend, mobile, QA, and Dev Ops teams to meet project goals.
• Work with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage integration efforts with flight providers, hotel wholesalers, and other partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and facilitate clear communication across teams.
• Maintain project documentation such as roadmaps, user stories, and technical notes.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Oversee testing, validation, and UAT to help ensure product quality.
• Support continuous improvement of workflows and project management processes.

• Experience as a Project Manager in software or technology projects.
• Good understanding of web and mobile development life cycles

• Experience working with projects involving API integrations

• General understanding of the technologies we use (no coding required):
  • Next.js / React frontend
  • Flutter mobile
• Hands‑on experience using Jira for task tracking and sprint management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and organized, with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Experience in travel-related systems (GDS, NDC, hotel wholesalers, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, or QA processes.
• Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams.
