As a member of the IT department at Mega Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our Dynamics 365 CE applications to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. A typical workday often begins with a standup/meeting where all participants share information about achievements and upcoming challenges. Then, you dive into your tasks based on priority. Additionally, you assist your colleagues in resolving any issues promptly, even if it requires temporary solutions while finding permanent ones.

When you spot opportunities to improve efficiency or effectiveness, you proactively take ownership—analyzing the situation, proposing solutions, and leading the implementation. You regularly align with stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners, keeping everyone informed of progress. Besides regular work, you have time to explore, experiment, or document things for yourself.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet the specific needs of our organization.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance overall functionality.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize utilization and effectiveness of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 CE to recommend and implement best practices.

• A completed HBO-level education is required, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or Business IT.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Application Administrator.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining Dynamics 365 CE.
• Familiarity with business processes and experience in optimizing them.
• Experience in developing reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is considered a plus.
• Speaking English fluently is required. If you speak Dutch as well, that’s a great bonus!
