Trading Operations Support Agent

We are seeking a Trading Operations Support Agent to support the link between our key account clients and our technical infrastructure. This fully remote, full‑time role combines trading expertise with technical monitoring to ensure seamless copy trading operations and system reliability.

• Provide first-line technical support to key account clients regarding Meta Trader 4 / 5 trading operations
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies between master and follower accounts in copy trading environments
• Analyze trading anomalies including slippage, commission discrepancies, execution delays, and pricing mismatches
• Document broker-side issues and coordinate resolution with liquidity providers
• Work with Social Trader Tools platform and other copy trading solutions to troubleshoot execution issues
• Maintain detailed logs of support tickets and resolution procedures

• Build and maintain real‑time monitoring dashboards for virtual machine health and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resources
• Monitor Supabase database performance, connections, and data integrity
• Develop automated audit tools to detect trade execution anomalies
• Create alerts and notification systems for critical infrastructure events
• Document system architecture and monitoring procedures
• Provide on‑call support during emergency situations outside regular business hours

• Proven experience in FX trading with deep understanding of trade execution mechanics
• Practical knowledge of Meta Trader 4 and Meta Trader 5 platforms
• Understanding of copy trading systems and their operational challenges
• Ability to identify and explain slippage, spread variations, commission structures, and requotes

• Programming experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for building dashboards and automation tools
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure monitoring (GCP preferred)
• Experience with database monitoring and SQL queries
• Basic understanding of API integration and webhooks

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent written communication for technical documentation and client interactions
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during system incidents
• Availability for occasional after‑hours emergency response

• Previous experience with Social Trader Tools or similar copy trading platforms
• Familiarity with Supabase or similar backend‑as‑a‑service platforms
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools
• Understanding of financial market microstructure
• Background in fintech or prop trading operations
