Eurail is seeking an experienced IT support professional to join their team as a technical agent. This role focuses on providing first-line support for escalated technical issues. The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office days at their Utrecht location, conveniently situated just minutes from Utrecht Centraal Station. You are an experienced technical agent with a degree in IT or a related field. You possess a strong understanding of API, app-based, or web-based applications. You can effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additionally, you are:
- Detail oriented and have great problem-solving skills;
- Experience with AWS, Zendesk, Click Up, Commerce Tools, and other technical support tools are a big plus;
- A great mulitasker.
Some of your daily tasks will be:
- Help various Eurail departments answer technical questions, stepping in to provide customer service with solutions for traveler difficulties.
- Verify, reproduce, and recategorize IT Ops issues based on impact and urgency.
- Analyze question trends to offer solutions and test promotional product restrictions and functionality.
