Location: Hybrid – London / Remote working

FIND have partnered with a high‑growth technology consultancy that specialises in recruiting, training & deploying technical talent across the most in‑demand areas of the market.

Training sits at the core of their operating model, and they’re looking to appoint a Training Manager – Technology & Engineering to lead their Trainer/Instructor team.

You’ll be managing Training professionals across:

• Software Engineering
• Dev Ops & Cloud

The Role

This is a senior leadership position for a hands‑on technical professional who has successfully transitioned into training and people leadership.

You’ll be responsible for managing a team of Trainers and Coaches across multiple technical disciplines, while shaping and owning the overall training strategy, quality, and delivery.

The successful candidate will bring both engineering credibility and learning leadership experience, with the confidence to lead experienced technical trainers and influence senior stakeholders.

• Own training and learning strategy across all technical disciplines
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Trainers & Coaches (AI, Data, ML, Software Engineering, Dev Ops, Cloud)
• Ensure training programmes remain current, industry‑aligned, and commercially relevant
• Set standards for training quality, consistency, and learner outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and commercial stakeholders to align training with client demand
• Continuously improve curricula, assessments, tooling, and learning pathways
• Provide hands‑on support where required, including content review and coaching trainers
• Background in Technology or Engineering (AI, Data, ML, Software Engineering, Dev Ops, or Cloud)
• Experience delivering technical training in a commercial, academic, or bootcamp environment (Trainer / Instructor / Tutor / Coach / Mentor / Teacher / Lecturer etc)
• Proven experience managing trainers, instructors, or coaches
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and tooling
• Ability to combine technical depth with people leadership and strategic ownership

Salary is £85,000 (potentially negotiable)
