The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our digital demand generation efforts. In this hands-on role, you will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and manage a multi-channel paid media program that is a critical growth lever for our pipeline and revenue.

The role is open to remote candidates anywhere in Canada (with flexibility to work from home);

We need an analytically strong, fast-moving marketer who can both strategize and execute campaigns with rigor and creativity to hit aggressive targets. You must be comfortable using AI and agentic AI workflows daily to scale performance, accelerate decision-making, and optimize marketing efficiency

What You’ll D

  • Plan & Execute Campaigns:
    Design and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid channels – including Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Linked In Ads, 6

    Sense, Capterra, Rev Leads, and Reddit – to generate qualified leads and fuel our sales pipeline for the Office Space SaaS platform.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage and optimize a significant paid media budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize ROI. Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS) on a daily/weekly basis, and adjust bids, targeting, and creative in real-time to improve results.
  • Hands-On Optimization:
    Take a hands-on approach to campaign management – from keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing ads/landing pages, to refining audience targeting and negative keywords. Use AI tools to accelerate testing cycles and uncover high-performance patterns.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Deep-dive into data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hub Spot, and other analytics tools to track campaign performance and user behavior. Build reports and dashboards to communicate results, insights, and opportunities to the growth marketing team and leadership. Apply agentic AI workflows to automate reporting and surface optimization opportunities in near real-time.
  • Collaborate & Strategize:
    Work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to align campaigns with overall growth strategy and pipeline goals. Partner with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure messaging and landing pages are on-point and conversion-optimized. Share customer acquisition insights with Sales and broader Marketing to improve funnel efficiency.
  • Growth & Innovation:
    Stay on top of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging channels. Proactively identify new opportunities (e.g. testing new ad networks, beta features, or AI-driven tactics) to expand lead acquisition. Bring an experimental mindset to rapidly test, learn, and scale new tactics that drive performance.
  • Process & Tech:
    Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and tag management across all campaigns. Maintain a clean integration between ad platforms, Google Tag Manager, and Hub Spot for accurate lead sourcing and funnel tracking. Leverage automation and agentic AI tools to improve efficiency, optimize ad operations, and speed up decision cycle.

What You Brimg

  • Experience: 3+ years (for Specialist) or 5+ years (for Manager) of hands-on digital/performance marketing experience, specifically in B2B SaaS or a digital agency environment serving B2B clients. You have a proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth through paid media.
