We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Lead to drive the end‑to‑end implementation of Microsoft Fabric across the organization. This role combines strategic vision with hands‑on technical execution, enabling the transformation of our data ecosystem into a unified, intelligent, and scalable platform.
You will lead the setup of ETL/ELT pipelines, design and implement the bronze, silver, and gold layers of our data Lakehouse, and oversee the configuration of key Fabric components including Data Factory, One Lake, and Power BI. You’ll also play a pivotal role in exploring advanced capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot to accelerate analytics and automation.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business needs into scalable data architecture in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team and business stakeholders.
- Define and implement a modern data Lakehouse framework using Microsoft Fabric.
- Lead the design of Bronze–Silver–Gold data layers to support structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data transformation.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, and Fabric Data Engineering environments.
- Configure One Lake, Fabric Data Warehouse, and Power BI work spaces for seamless integration and unified governance.
- Explore and implement CoPilot features within Fabric to streamline query generation, documentation, and user interactions.
- Engage with executives and functional leaders to establish metrics, strategies, and implement roadmaps for enterprise‑wide analytics.
- Facilitate value‑driven stakeholder conversations to identify data opportunities and define innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Provide thought leadership and proactively present new approaches, automation techniques, and architectural patterns to enhance data delivery.
- Curate and maintain a repository of data architecture principles, design patterns, and reusable components.
- Promote consistency, scalability, and data quality through governance frameworks, metadata management, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with the Director of Data Operations to ensure robust support, education, and alignment across business units.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional IT experience across multiple organizations, including leadership roles in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or AI.
- Proven track record in end‑to‑end data platform implementations, preferably within the Microsoft Azure and Fabric ecosystem.

- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Synapse, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Spark, and data modeling tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex service delivery models and balance competing priorities.
- A self‑starter who leads with initiative, strategic thinking, and accountability.

Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is nice‑to‑have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
