Position: Technical Solutions Executive, Construction Remote)
Location: Quebec

* Élaborer un plan d'expansion technique afin d'atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires d'Autodesk pour les clients de la région, en fonction des initiatives commercial es identifiées et des recommandations de l'équipe commerciale Autodesk
* Vous élaborerez une stratégie réalisable pour prouver que la solution Autodesk Construction Cloud est en mesure de répondre aux exigences techniques nécessaires pour satisfaire les attentes des clients
* Acquérir une connaissance approfondie des processus métier, des workflows et des exigences techniques de vos clients afin d'établir des relations de confiance
* Assurer une transition fluide entre les équipes avant-vente et adoption/déploiement, et démontrer votre expertise afin de différencier Autodesk en tant que fournisseur de solutions à long terme
* Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et parlé)
* Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'AEC
* Expérience en tant que contremaître, chef de projet, surintendant ou équivalent
* Expérience avec la technologie SaaS et la vente
* Expert en technologie capable de simplifier facilement des flux de travail/solutions complexes pour plusieurs publics AEC
* Jusqu'à 30 % de déplacements pour des réunions chez les clients et des réunions internes ADSK
* Work with AMER Territory Sales Executives to close new business and expand existing accounts.
* Work within a team environment consisting of the entire Autodesk account team
* Use standard sales methodologies and participate in account QBRs and executive briefings
* Develop a technical expansion plan to meet Autodesk's revenue goals for Territory customers according to identified customer business initiatives, and the Autodesk account team
* You will develop an achievable strategy to prove that the Autodesk Construction Cloud can deliver the technical requirements needed to satisfy the customer's positive outcomes
* Gain knowledge of your customer's business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to establish trusted advisor relationships
* Ensure smooth handoffs between the pre-sales and adoption/deployment teams, demonstrate expertise to differentiate Autodesk as a long-term solution provider.
* Collaborating with customers and account executives, you will secure business and technical closure of solutions within Autodesk Construction Cloud
* Develop a sales territory, attracting and driving new business following a strategic territory plan.
* Manage technical evaluations, defining solutions architecture, facilitating product demonstrations, and consulting with account executives
* Provide guidance to customers on strategic product issues to maximize satisfaction and revenue. Additionally, you will document quantifiable pain points, decision criteria, and metrics in Salesforce and other software
* Participate in technical discovery with aligned sales account executives based on opportunity size or complexity
* Collaborate with global territory sales to position Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions for favorable customer outcomes
* Work with partnerships and technical services teams on integrations for custom workflows through discovery with sales and the customer
* Share best practices, competitive information, and expertise within the sales organization.
* Collaborate with the marketing team for strategic speaking engagements
* Mentor new TSEs, lead sessions internally to address goals, and conduct product strategy workshops
* Participate in professional associations
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
* 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry
* Foreman, Project Manager, Superintendent or equivalent experience
* Experience with SaaS Technology and Sales
* A technology expert who can easily distill complex workflows / solutions for several AEC audiences
* Up to 30% travel for customer onsite meetings, and internal ADSK meetings

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
