** 8+ years of product design experience
** with at least 3 years leading design teams or functions
** Multi-product design expertise** - Experience designing across complex product ecosystems or suites
** Design systems mastery** - Proven ability to build and scale design systems across multiple products
** Modern design tool expertise** - Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in component libraries and design systems
** AI-powered design tools** - Familiarity with or willingness to rapidly adopt AI design tools for accelerated workflows
** User research capabilities** - Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
** Cross-functional collaboration** - Proven ability to work closely with product managers and engineering teams
* You've led design for high-growth SaaS companies or commerce platforms with complex user journeys
* You have experience designing for logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain applications
* You've built design systems that scaled across multiple products and development teams
* You've driven measurable improvements in conversion rates, user engagement, or customer satisfaction
* You have experience with rapid prototyping and AI-powered design tools
