About the Role
We’re looking for a Service Now Developer who’s excited to grow their career and make a meaningful impact by enhancing customer platforms and experiences. This role blends project work with foundational activities, and you’ll collaborate closely with our internal technology teams and Automation Development team.
Hybrid WorkingThe places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role- Design, develop, and maintain Service Now applications and modules, especially around Virtual Agent and RPA flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Implement and configure Service Now Virtual Agent to enhance customer experience.
- Integrate RPA tools with Service Now to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize platform performance to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
- Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) processes.
- Experience developing and customizing Service Now, including workflows and integrations.
- Familiarity with Service Now Virtual Agent and/or RPA tools.
- Programming skills in JavaScriptli>
- A problem‑solving and analytical approach, with a willingness to learn and grow.
