Integrated Maintenance, Repair & Development Services (IMRDS) Alliance - Part of the Anglian Water network, focuses on infrastructure maintenance work and is responsible for: water network pressure management, finding and fixing leaks, replacing lead pipes and repairing burst mains.

About the RoleAs an Asset Health Support Technician, you'll be at the core of data management, system monitoring, and operational excellence, ensuring that clean, safe water reaches our customers—every single day. This is a desk-based role, but it's packed with responsibility, collaboration, and impact.
What You'll Be Doing:- Managing & monitoring operational data to maintain smooth operations
- Tracking key maintenance programs and ensuring compliance
- Updating & maintaining corporate systems (SAP, GNET, IRIS)
- Providing administrative support and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented – you spot the small things that make a big difference!
- Problem-Solver – you think ahead and fix issues before they arise!
- Tech-Savvy – comfortable with data management & IT systems.
- Team Player – you collaborate well but also thrive when working alone.
- Ownership – you take charge of your workload and follow processes effectively.
Experience:
- GCSE (or equivalent) in a technical subject
- Bonus: experience in water distribution systems (or packages like SAP/GNET)
- Proactive thinker with strong communication skills
