Business Analyst, London

• Analysis & Insights:
  Gather, clean, and analyse data from operational, commercial, and infrastructure sources to identify trends, bottlenecks, or opportunities.
• Build reports and dashboards to monitor key business metrics and performance drivers.
• Perform root cause analysis on operational issues or performance drops.
• Support OKR and KPI tracking, quarterly reviews, and leadership reporting.

• Process & Workflow Improvement:
  Partner with stakeholders to map current-state processes and identify areas for optimisation.
• Develop recommendations and support implementation of improved workflows and tooling.
• Work closely with the Systems Architect to ensure changes are reflected in system design and automation.
• Document business processes and help drive operational consistency across teams.

• Project & Stakeholder Support:
  Support cross-functional initiatives with structured analysis, planning, and follow-up.
• Work closely with Finance, Planning, Client Success, and Infrastructure teams to ensure decisions are grounded in accurate, timely data.
• Create project plans, timelines, and trackers to support operational execution.
• Provide input into tool adoption, reporting needs, and internal change management.

• You’re data-driven and love making sense of complexity through structured thinking.
• You’re proactive, curious, and quick to get up to speed on new systems or workflows.
• You enjoy turning business questions into analysis and surfacing clear recommendations.
• You’re equally comfortable deep in spreadsheets or talking to stakeholders.
• You have strong communication skills and can present findings clearly to a range of audiences.
• You work best in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve quickly.
• You have a bias for action and enjoy owning projects end to end.

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, strategy, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with data querying and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Experience translating business problems into structured analysis and clear outputs.

• Experience in a high-growth tech or infrastructure environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS business metrics or data centre infrastructure terms.
• Exposure to business systems (e.g. Hub Spot, Wrike).
• Experience working with forecasting, planning, or performance tracking teams.
• Understanding of financial modelling, pricing analysis, or commercial planning.
