** Key Responsibilities
*** Manage weekly customer orders and review stock status.
* Negotiate directly with customers to resolve account-related issues, including fines for stock availability.
* Maintain and update master account data information.
* Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, including standardized sales performance analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, warehouse, and customer service) to ensure compliance with account-specific requirements and regulations.
* Communicate relevant updates to all departments to meet account expectations effectively.
* Support the day-to-day management of assigned accounts.
* Assist with project management.
* Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as required by your Line Manager.
** Skills & Experience
*** Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, including occasional travel to customer head offices (when required).
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales environment.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy.
* SAP experience desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Organised with a methodical approach.
* Able to solve problems in a timely manner and work to deadlines.
* Able to multi-task effectively, working concurrently on several projects.
* Detail-oriented and enjoy analysing issues and finding the right approach.
