Principal Dev Ops Engineer
AWS ☁️ | Kubernetes ⚙️ | Terraform 🏗️ | SaaS Infrastructure
We’re working with a product‑led software company hiring a Principal Dev Ops Engineer to join a senior, engineering‑first team focused on building reliable, scalable production systems.
This is a hands‑on role at the heart of a large SaaS platform, balancing stability, security and speed of delivery 🚀
The role- ⚙️ Own and evolve production infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes
- 🌍 Support a global, multi‑tenant SaaS platform
- 🔁 Build and maintain infrastructure automation and CI / CD pipelines
- 🔐 Improve security, monitoring and incident response
- 🤝 Work closely with engineers across product, data and commercial teams
- 🧠 5+ years in Dev Ops / Platform / Infrastructure roles
- ☁️ Strong hands‑on AWS experience (networking, IAM, compute, managed services)
- 📦 Production Kubernetes experience
- 🏗️ Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- 🔁 Experience running and improving CI / CD
- 🚀 Pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset
- 💸 up to £100k base
