Multimedia Content & Digital Communications

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Multimedia Developer & Digital Communications Developer. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who loves wearing multiple hats and wants to own the entire content-to-distribution pipeline.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining our online presence through our international Word Press websites, crafting compelling press releases and media outreach, producing high-quality short-form You Tube videos, and leveraging AI tools and automations to amplify reach and optimise the processes.

This is a contract hybrid role with the primary location in Greater London UK and an option for partial work-from-home. The Multimedia Developer will create and edit multimedia content, including websites, micro sites, videos and graphics, to support company projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with our team members to develop engaging designs and visual elements, contributing to programming tasks for multimedia tools, and ensuring content aligns with brand standards and project requirements.

• Proficiency in multimedia development, including creating and working with digital media assets
• Website design and development
• Very strong command of written English with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of online syndication and automation techniques
• Experience in video editing and producing high-quality visual content
• Skills in graphic design and working with graphics tools and software
• Knowledge of programming as it applies to multimedia applications
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
• Project management tools e.g. Jira
• Prior experience in technology or renewable energy sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in multimedia, computer science, or a related field

• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
• Highly organized with strong project-management skills
• Curious about new tools and willing to experiment
• Detail-oriented but also able to hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment
