As Technical Consultant
, you’ll actively contribute to designing and implementing cutting‑edge Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for our customers. Collaborating with business consultants, developers, and sales teams, you’ll translate complex requirements into secure, efficient systems that protect our clients' data and ensure compliance. • Requirements Analysis & Design
  :
  Actively contribute to client consultations to map out IGA needs and provide tailored solution designs.
• Implementation & Configuration
  :
  Execute the implementation and configuration of IGA solutions, ensuring security risks are identified and mitigated and applications are properly onboarded.
• Technical Guidance
  :
  Serve as an IGA expert, delivering workshops and training for clients, and offering ongoing technical support.
• Documentation
  :
  Develop and maintain documentation for IGA solutions and processes, ensuring clear and up‑to‑date technical records.
• Mentoring
  :
  Share your expertise by coaching and guiding less experienced colleagues within the IGA unit.
• Self‑Development
  :
  Stay ahead of industry trends by obtaining certifications in leading IGA technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Omada, Saviynt, Entra).

Through solving complex IAM and IT challenges and enabling the implementation of technical solutions that provide full security to assets, you are ensuring business continuity for (global) organizations across Europe. Your knowledge will be of value to your colleagues through mentorship, and the IAM industry through your thought leadership. • Experience: 3+ years in consultancy, experienced in translating business requirements into technical requirements and in coordinating and executing IGA tool implementations (preferably SailPoint, Omada, Saviynt or Entra).

  Good understanding of networking infrastructure & segmentations (i.e., Azure, Entra, Active Directory, SQL) and standard protocols (i.e., SCIM, REST, SOAP).

• Languages: Business‑proficient in English both written and verbal. Fluent in Dutch.

• Availability: You are available for at least 32 hours per week and can work from our Waardenburg office twice a week.
• Driver’s License: You have a valid EU driver’s license.
• Work Eligibility: You must already hold a valid working visa for and already live in the Netherlands or Belgium to qualify for this role.
