UI​/UX Specialist - REMOTE

Accountabilities

• Optimize and simplify the user experience and user interface design.
• Provide creative solutions for interactive and visual design requests.
• Understand user journeys and create effective interfaces aligned with objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience.
• Create mockups and prototypes for testing and feedback.
• Advocate for branding and visual standards during project development.
• Ensure quality user experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Front-end development teams for design integrity.
• Consult with user stakeholders to support comprehensive user scenario development.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in user interface design.
• Minimum of five (5) years in web design ergonomics and interface design.
• Experience with at least three (3) projects using agile methodology.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
• Fluency in French is required.

• Work remotely from anywhere within the Province of Québec.
