** POSITION SUMMARY
** The Digital Experience Design Manager Manages and mentors designers in solving complex business challenges while being an advocate for users. You have extensive knowledge with user-centered design processes - designing the right thing and designing things right. You Manage the execution of sketches, user flows, wireframes and visual designs that clearly illustrate the customer journey. You thrive when collaborating with a cross-functional team to get to the best hypothesis and track users’ outcomes over time.

Leadership, mentoring, empathy, creative problem-solving, comfort with uncertainty, collaboration, iteration, excellent communication skills, and curiosity are the foundational characteristics of the Associate Digital Experience Design manager.

This role will work hand-in-hand with other discipline leaders and stakeholders to scale our digital solutions across multiple platforms and enhance interfaces and user flows based on comprehensive research.

This role involves hands-on design management responsibilities and can work independently requiring limited direction. Provides recommendations and influences strategic decision making.

This role will support [Solution] - [Train] within the Digital Experience Design Organization reporting to the [Role of Hiring Manager].
** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*** Minimum 5 years experience in UX, UI or blended UX/UI design
* 5+ years' experience working in Figma and/or other industry - standard design
* 5+ years' experience in driving and delivering design from initial concepts all the way to successful market launches
* Strong portfolio of work including examples of mobile web, desktop and other digital experiences.
* 3 years of experience mentoring and coaching junior colleagues in design best practices.
** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
*** Proven ability to improve team process, performance and culture
* Ability to keep a focus on strategic goals while executing against short-term objectives
* Ability to align team members around the ideal digital experience and gain support and commitment
* Easily adapts to change and encourages challenge of the current state design
* Ability to see ahead of current work and translate future possibilities into breakthrough design strategies
* 3 years of experience mentoring and coaching junior colleagues in design best practices.
* Experience working within an Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Methodology as a development process
** EDUCATION
* * Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience(HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
