We are currently seeking a Senior Online Trading Manager to support a 12-month maternity cover. This role is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in driving online performance across our international markets. The successful candidate will bring strong fashion and footwear experience, using their commercial and customer-focused mindset to optimise trading, range, and performance across digital channels.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Own the budget planning across sales, returns, orders and GSM % and key performance KPI’s,
  • Own the day-to-day trading, optimisation and merchandising of our Direct to Customer websites including activity and promotional planning, using key commercial levers to drive business outcomes
  • Set and deliver a strategy for global e-commerce sales growth through optimising conversion, product range, merchandising, promotions and onsite platform strategy.
