Data Systems Administrator

This is an office-based role offering hybrid working. Please do not apply if you are seeking full-time remote working.

Our client is looking for a Data Systems Administrator to join a growing warehousing and supply chain facility initially on a 6-month fixed term contract.

You must be a detail-oriented individual as will be responsible for cleansing and managing high volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout. The role requires strong analytical judgement to differentiate and classify similar data appropriately.

The successful candidate will contribute to defining and improving data processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 and overseas travel will be required one week out of every four. You must have access to your own vehicle to reach our client's premises.

Skills and Experience required

• Familiarity with warehouse or supply chain systems (WMS/ERP) is a plus
• Advanced Excel and Power point
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to cleanse, standardise, and validate large datasets
• Attention to detail to spot inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors
• Ability to differentiate and classify similar data logically
• Ability to document, redesign and improve data-related processes for efficiency
