Job Description Tru Inc is seeking a Solutions Architect. We have one (1) permanent position available for an immediate start. This position reports to the Head of Delivery.
Position Overview We are looking for a highly experienced and technically sound Solutions Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable web and mobile architectures using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), React, React Native, and Next.js. You will also be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of digital platforms with backend systems and driving technical excellence across our delivery teams.
Requirements Solutions Architecture & Technical Leadership:
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including Sites, Assets, Workflows, and Headless CMS.
Architect scalable, performant web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and Next.js.
Document and maintain high-level and low-level architecture designs (HLD/LLD).
Ensure seamless backend integration with APIs and third-party systems. Define and uphold architecture standards, best practices, and technical governance.
Performance & Frontend
Drive performance optimization using techniques like SSR, SSG, lazy loading, caching, and image optimization.
Oversee front-end architecture and code reviews to ensure scalability and quality.
Dev Ops &
Infrastructure:
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing processes, and cloud deployments (Azure, Red Hat).
Define microservices strategies and scalable backend integration patterns.
Leverage containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Governance & Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Translate business needs into technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
Align with enterprise architecture principles, IT strategies, and compliance requirements.
Contribute to discovery sessions, blueprints, and solution assessments.
What You’ll Bring (Including Experience):
5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, including Adobe AEM, React, React Native, and Next.js.
Strong hands-on experience with AEM implementation and integration.
Proficiency in API development (Graph
QL, Firebase, REST) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or Python).
Experience deploying scalable cloud infrastructure (Azure, Red Hat, Docker, Kubernetes).
Deep knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile delivery.
Strong debugging and optimization skills with a user-centric approach to performance and accessibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
