Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Tyler EAM implementations, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

• Configure modules for asset lifecycle management, work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, and capital planning.

• Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet organizational or client-specific needs.

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Tyler EAM, providing ongoing system administration and troubleshooting.

• Maintain user access, security roles, and data integrity across all modules.

• Monitor system performance, apply updates, and coordinate with Tyler Technologies support as needed.

• Train and mentor end-users to ensure adoption and system proficiency.

• Analyze current asset management processes and recommend improvements using Tyler EAM functionality.

• Partner with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure system integration and alignment with other enterprise applications.

• Develop KPIs and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making for asset management.

• Participate in project planning, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to project sponsors and leadership.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and Tyler Technologies representatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Tyler EAM software, including implementation, configuration, and administration.

• 3–7 years of experience in asset management, enterprise software implementation, or a related IT/business systems role.

• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, work order management, preventive maintenance, and capital planning.

• Experience integrating Tyler EAM with other Tyler products (e.g., Munis, Ener Gov) or third-party systems.

• Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools.

• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and system best practices.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tyler Technologies certifications in EAM or related modules.

• Previous experience with municipalities, government agencies, utilities, or large enterprises.

• Strong technical background in ERP, GIS integration, or asset management software.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
