• Growth and development:
  With your many years of experience in business development, you will expand our standing in the “Data & AI” market, develop market segment strategies and form the basis for the long-term growth of our team.
• Partnerships and network:
  Thanks to your industry expertise, it is easy for you to identify and maintain relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across both the banking and life sciences sectors. In addition to driving strategic partnerships, you play an active role in client acquisition and manage existing accounts to ensure long-term collaboration, client satisfaction, and business growth.
• Market analysis and potential:
  You will analyze market trends, competitors and client feedback to identify growth potential/opportunities and further develop Accenture's product portfolio/offering.

• Successful completion of a relevant degree at Master's or PhD level in disciplines such as mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering or economics.
• Extensive experience in Data & AI business development, with a strong track record in consulting and leadership roles across the banking and life sciences sectors in the Swiss market.
• Technical expertise in data analytics, data science, AI/GenAI and machine learning as well as a sound understanding of the consulting business and project management/delivery.
• Project-related mobility, independent work, fluent communication skills in German and English and a high level of customer orientation.
