Location:
Geneva (center), up to 2 days remote work.

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager with 7–12 years of experience and a proven track record projects within the legal, insurance, or professional services industries.
Reporting to the Head of IT, this role focuses on local delivery support in Geneva coordinating stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.
Strategic ownership, governance, and vendor contracts remain with the PMO; this position strengthens local execution and serves as a bridge between Geneva stakeholders and the remote PMO team but also the Zurich office.
Key responsibilities- Coordinate Geneva-based project activities in alignment with PMO frameworks.
- Act as the local point of contact for legal, finance, and operations stakeholders, ensuring accurate requirements are captured and communicated.
- Manage 5–10 concurrent work streams, focusing on execution, dependencies, and local risk tracking.
- Facilitate collaboration between Geneva stakeholders, IT teams, and remote Project Managers.
- Support vendor and supplier coordination, while strategic ownership and contractual responsibilities remain with the PMO.
- Provide financial tracking input (budget status, forecasts, variances) for consolidation by the PMO.
- Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and secrecy obligations are upheld in all project activities.
- Report progress, issues, and risks directly to the Head of PMO, using PMO standards and templates.
- +7 years of both business analysis and project management experience in the legal, insurance, or related professional services industry.
- Business analysis certification IIBA-ECBA preferred.
- Requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Process modelling and optimization (BPMN, UML).
- Strong background in multi-workstream delivery coordination.
- Proven ability to work within a PMO structure and report into established governance.
- Experience in vendor/supplier coordination (operational level; escalations and contracts handled by PMO).
- Solid ability to contribute to financial tracking and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
- Superior communication and collaboration abilities, engaging across business and IT functions.
