, a dentsu company, is looking for a senior technical leader to drive CRM and commerce architecture in Geneva, Switzerland. The role blends deep Salesforce expertise with business strategy to deliver scalable, secure end‑to‑end solutions for global clients.

• Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud solutions end‑to‑end.
• Oversee architecture, development, integration, and deployment activities within the CRM and Loyalty domain.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, performance benchmarks, and platform best practices.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, coordinate Agile delivery, and manage client relationships across global and local contexts.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, working closely with architects and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and govern technology choices to maintain consistency with domain standards and group‑wide architecture.

• Extensive Salesforce experience, including B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud.
• Hands‑on capability with Microsoft D365 and other platform technologies.
• Strong API and middleware integration background.
• Proficiency in Salesforce data modelling, security, and sharing models.
• Full lifecycle deployment experience and environment management.
• Ability to lead architecture reviews, coding standards enforcement, and release processes.
• Business acumen: proven track record launching cloud CRM solutions across multiple regions, capability to conduct fit‑gap analysis, and translate technical concepts into business language.
• Excellent diagramming skills (UML or similar) and technical documentation.
• Leadership: experience managing junior to senior engineers, Agile environments, and client-facing delivery.
• Strong communication, customer‑centric mindset, and ownership of CRM/Loyalty domain expertise.
• Fluency in English required;
