Our team ensures that the further development of the online shop is driven by data. To strengthen the team, we are seeking a motivated Analytics Engineer who will support us in creating and developing a clean data ecosystem for behavioral data.

• You plan, create, and orchestrate scalable ETL data flows (Python & Dataform) to transform raw data into clean data objects with aligned business logic.
• You develop efficient data marts and data products that serve as the foundation for analyses & reports, machine learning and generative AI applications, as well as the data-driven development of online shop features.
• Together with your team, you are responsible for developing innovative ideas & solutions in the business intelligence domain to meet growing demands.
• You advise analysts and data scientists within the department and collaborate with them to develop sustainable data solutions.
• You maintain close communication with data teams from other departments and coordinate the integration of online shop data into the overarching data platform.

• You have advanced education in a technical or data-focused field (ETH/UNI/FH) or sufficient relevant professional experience.
• You have experience with sustainable data modeling and complex data pipeline design.
• You possess excellent SQL skills and have experience with Google Big Query and data workflow tools such as Dataform/dbt.
• You have good programming skills in Python (advantageous: knowledge of Airflow/Dagster and Git).
• Experience in web tracking (Google Analytics, Snowplow) and data visualization (Tableau) is a plus.
