AI Solutions Analyst – Tax & Legal
Join our growing Tax Technology team at KPMG Switzerland to design, implement, and manage innovative tax solutions. Your work will focus on leveraging (Gen)
AI solutions to engage tax leaders in multinational corporations, identifying and implementing high‑impact use cases, collaborating with global experts, and representing KPMG as a thought leader in the market.
Location: Zurich
Start date: Upon Agreement
Workload: 80–100%
- Promote and implement our proprietary Digital Gateway GenAI tool, along with other AI‑driven solutions for Tax & Legal.
- Lead client projects from initial proposal through to final delivery, ensuring full ownership and seamless management of the end‑to‑end process.
- Continuously monitor developments in LLMs, AI agents, and AI tools (e.g., Copilot) relevant to Tax & Legal, and assess their potential impact and applicability.
- Collaborate with global technical teams and subject‑matter experts to adapt and deliver AI solutions.
- Support internal teams in adopting AI technologies and generating impactful use cases; foster strong collaboration within the KPMG network to share knowledge and best practices.
- Ensure all activities are aligned and coordinated with internal risk and legal departments, maintaining compliance and mitigating potential risks.
- Contribute to making AI work both for our clients and internally within the organization.
- Degree‑level education required; a technical background is an asset.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and their application in business contexts.
- Experience in tax technology with proficiency in customizing digital assets/tools to meet business needs within the tax services industry.
- Strong interest and eagerness to apply cutting‑edge technologies in the tax domain, particularly AI‑driven solutions.
- Experience utilizing established Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Platform or Azure AI) to drive automation and enhance tax‑related processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a strategic mindset to deliver innovative tax technology solutions.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
