About The Job
We are looking for an SAP Solutions Architect to lead the SAP S / 4
HANA roll‑out across multiple operating subsidiaries of a leading Aerospace & Defense entity in the Middle East. In this role, you will focus on process design and functional alignment, facilitate workshops, guide key design decisions, and author detailed process and functional documentation to ensure fit‑to‑standard implementation. You’ll work closely with multiple teams to plan data migration, testing strategies, and quality assurance, driving a seamless transformation journey.
What You'll Do
- SAP S / 4
HANA Roll‑out :
Lead the deployment of SAP S / 4
HANA across three operating subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Process Design :
Develop and align Level 5 and Level 6 process designs for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and MRO, focusing on SAP standardization. - Documentation :
Author detailed process design and functional design documentation to support system integration and transformation efforts. - Decision Facilitation :
Guide and facilitate key design decisions related to SAP standard deviations to maintain fit‑to‑standard best practices. - Data Migration Planning :
Oversee data migration strategy, ensuring quality assurance and readiness for seamless transition. - T esting Strategy :
Prepare and validate testing strategies, coordinating quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle. - Stakeholder Engagement :
Lead process‑centric workshops and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive consensus and effective solution adoption.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant SAP experience, with involvement in at least 5 major SAP transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in Level 5 and Level 6 process design, ideally for Aerospace & Defense operations.
- Strong functional knowledge of MRO and / or Supply Chain and / or Manufacturing processes within SAP S / 4
HANA environments. - Proven ability to lead and facilitate process‑centric workshops to drive fit‑to‑standard decision‑making.
- Hands‑on experience in authoring detailed process and functional design documentation.
- Skilled in planning and executing data migration strategies along with quality assurance activities.
- Experience in preparing and managing testing strategies, including QA for SAP implementations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with ability to guide key design decisions.
- Willingness and ability to work fully onsite, with limited remote work flexibility.
