A global IT services firm in the Riyadh Region is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 1+ year of experience in a desktop support role. They will assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain asset inventory.

This role requires strong communication skills and knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365.
