A systematic trading firm is looking for an experienced Quantitative Researcher to research and develop alpha-generating signals. This role requires collaboration with PMs and traders on strategy implementation and building statistical models. Ideal candidates possess over 2 years of quant research experience and a PhD or Masters in a quantitative field, with strong Python or R skills. Competitive compensation ranging from $200K to over $2M based on experience, available in Dubai or remote.
