You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. You will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes while helping build scalable and robust Service Now-based solutions that drive operational excellence across the organization.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, including Project and Development, Architecture, IT Services, and Transformation. No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together.

Your day to day will look like this:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and Service Now configurations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Design secure, scalable Service Now solutions aligned with best practices.
• Support testing, training, change management, and stay current with Service Now trends.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Service Now modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) is a plus.
