Your Mission 🚀

Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. Transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. You will identify growth levers, test hypotheses, launch new channels, and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched.

    • Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t.
    • Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
  • Architect Funnels and campaigns (Hands‑On).

    • Map and oversee the implementation of new funnels directly.
    • Set up tracking, check flows, ensure machine works before managing budget scaling.
    • Relentless Optimization (CRO & A/B Testing): design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself.
    • Proactively hunt for friction points in the user journey; audit and implement fixes immediately.
    • Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging.
    • Ensure tracking, data integrity, and learnings compound over time.
    • Channel Exploration & Scaling: oversee paid social and identify next winning acquisition channels.
    • Growth Loops: design and optimize product, retention, referral, and content loops.
    • Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.
    • Lead a Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM): manage, train, and scale the team.
    • Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality: focus on appointments held and deals closed, prioritize high‑intent leads.
  • Tools you’ll master
    • GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and any other tools that help see what others miss.
    KPIs you’ll own
    • LTV / CAC ratio
    • Funnel conversion rates by stage
    • X experiments launched per week
    Desired Outcomes
    • Conversion rates 2Ă— better than baseline.
    • Growth experimentation runs continuously.
    • A predictable growth engine.
    Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.
    • Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generate measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion.
