Global Solutions Architect - REMOTE

In this global, remote-first role, you will spearhead initiatives that drive high-level customer architecture and internal solution development. Your contributions will play a vital role in advancing cybersecurity solutions while collaborating across geographies. This highly technical position allows you to manage global community knowledge and lead the development of innovative cloud-based solutions.

• Drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions.
• Manage and optimize knowledge and Intellectual Property across the global Prisma Cloud community.
• Educate and engage with the Prisma Cloud community and customers on service delivery.
• Identify target customers and market opportunities to optimize customer platforms.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical readiness and customer success.
• Assemble automation assets for delivering automation services.
• Travel for internal meetings, pre-sales support, and customer engagements as required.

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/training/experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire commitment.
• Proficiency in automation technologies such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Fluent in containerization and orchestration engines (Kubernetes/Docker Swarm/Openshift).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated project leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
