We’re looking for a GTM Automation Lead to architect the systems that drive go-to-market operations. In this role, you will build the foundation for lead routing, data flows, marketing automation, programmatic SEO support, and paid acquisition workflows.
You’ll start as an individual contributor developing the core automation and integration layer—then grow a small team around the systems you create.
What You’ll Own
Automate & Orchestrate GTM Workflows
Build scalable automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, and APIs
Streamline lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and follow-up processes
Reduce manual steps across sales, marketing, and customer operations
Integrate the GTM Stack
Connect CRM, marketing platforms, analytics tools, support systems, and product integrations
Ensure reliable data flow and workflow uptime across the entire funnel
Support Growth Initiatives
Partner with growth teams to execute programmatic SEO workflows
Automate paid ads, reporting, and experiment tracking
Document & Enable
Create clear documentation, internal playbooks, and operational guidelines
Train cross-functional teams to self-serve automations and tools
Build the GTM Automation Team
Once systems are in place, hire and lead a small team to scale efforts
How Success Will Be Measured
Lead response time and routing accuracy
Workflow reliability (uptime, error rates, recovery speed)
Efficiency gains in SEO and paid acquisition processes
What You Bring
5+ years in GTM Engineering, Growth Ops, Rev Ops, or Automation
Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, and API-based integrations
Ability to break down complex systems into simple, scalable workflows
Strong communication skills and a teaching mindset
Bonus Points For
Experience with programmatic SEO
Understanding of paid ads automations
Comfort joining internal or customer demos
Must be based out of Canada, but open to remote work.
