Position: Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to support activities within an existing D365 CRM Online implementation

Our large Oil & Gas industry client is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to support activities within an existing D CRM Online implementation.

This is an initial 1-year contract to start in January. The successful candidate will be based in Calgary and agreeable to a full-time onsite working model in downtown Calgary.

Must-Haves:

7+ years' experience architecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ (Online) solutions

Experience with CRM architecture, customization, configuration, and integrations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support project work within an existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online implementation.

Design, enhance, and optimize CRM solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, customize solutions, and improve system functionality.

Ensure data integrity, scalability, and system performance across the CRM platform.

Provide architectural guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members.
