The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a remote, self-directed, contract role ideal for an experienced marketer who wants flexibility while managing their own schedule.
You will:
Develop, implement, and optimize social media      campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
 
Manage and grow social media channels including      Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram.
 
Collaborate with our team to create compelling      content aligned with our brand voice.
 
Interview potential clients as part of the lead      qualification process.
 
Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine      campaigns to improve results.
 
Stay ahead of social media trends and platform      updates.

What We’re Looking For:

Resident of USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
 
5+ years of proven social media marketing      experience.
 
Strong knowledge of content strategy, paid social      campaigns, and analytics.
 
Excellent communication skills and creative      problem-solving ability.
 
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable      managing a remote workflow.
 
Experience in the personal development or online      coaching niche is a plus.
